If you have images, logos, and liner notes, along with a design concept we can help create a professional look for your project. All layout and design will be approved by you before we begin printing. Online proofs are sent for approval and you may request a printed sample if there any concerns with color matching.
Layout Design Fees
Disc only- One color (Black text & logos only) $10
Disc only- Inkjet print (Color text, images & logos) $10
Disc only- Full color CD design $35
Custom Package Design – including disc & insert covers: $35 per hr.
Minimum fee 1hr.
***Price for all designs includes up to 3 corrections after initial proofs are supplied. An additional $25 each, for any further corrections after 3rd revision is made.***

Art Requirements
Final image formats for printing (pdf, jpeg, png, tiff) should be at least 300 dpi with at least a 1/8″ bleed. This bleed area is provided in each template.
Please remove all template layers when sending your final print-ready files.
If sending Adobe files, please make sure to rasterize all fonts or save as outline.
We also accept SureThing Disc Labeler up to version 6. As well as Rimage CD Designer files. However, font substitutions may occur.
Art files we are required to create, edit or change will incur a setup fee.

For use with any hub printable inkjet & thermal printed discs.

For use with non-hub printable black text on shiny silver printed discs.

COLOR MATCHING
Color matching can be a complex process since it involves a number of variables. Two of the main concerns are matching the printed disc to what is seen on screen, and matching a set of materials that have been printed on different devices. At times, there may be a difference between how your electronic devices display colors and how different printers translate those colors. Computer monitors use an RGB color spectrum. Printers use a CMYK color spectrum. Because of this, images that display on your monitor may not look exactly like the printed image. For this reason, if there is any concern with the colors of your printed discs and/or inserts please request a sample print before your job is initiated. You may come by the office and see a sample, or request one be shipped or delivered to you, delivery charge will be added. Please plan ahead as we will not start your order until all sample proofs are approved.
Duplication Masters
In order to ensure that we provide you with the best duplication service possible, we do have some requirements regarding duplication masters.
CD Masters
We prefer all CD duplication masters be provided to us by the customer. This ensures that you have taken the time to check the entire disc and are certain we are duplicating from a good source. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the duplication process due to a bad master. We will burn audio files to CD, however we cannot take responsibility for any errors within the audio files if we are required to make the master. Customer should provide a track list as well as ensure that all audio files being used are error free and complete. You may be required to pay a fee if we burn a master for duplication.
DVD Masters
We prefer all video DVD or Blu-ray masters be provided to us by the customer. This ensures that you have checked the entire disc and are certain we are duplicating from a good source. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the duplication process due to a bad master. On occasion, we will agree to burn a video file to disc for duplication, however we cannot take responsibility for any errors within the content of the video or menus if we are required to make the master. Customer should ensure that all video files being used are error free and complete. You may be required to pay a fee if we burn a master for duplication.
